Since the end of the year is approaching, I’ll go through my favorite albums of this past year in four chunks. I made a concerted effort to listen to a lot of new music this year, though I definitely didn’t listen to it all or, probably, even a tenth of what came out. Just note, this is my list, so just enjoy what I’m sharing.
Yep, I’m starting with my album. I’m not ashamed to do that, and not like it’s a bad album either. I enjoyed making this one, and I love the end result. I’m going to make at least one or two more videos from it. If you dig chill instrumental music, then give it a listen
I enjoyed the spacey tracks on this album. Kind of a psychedelic prog sound. The group is based in Spain. Cool cover art helps too.
Instrumental stoner rock from Fargo. This band delivers it. I dug their last album, and this one is right there with it.
You might be asking why Acid King is near the end of my list. Well, it is my list, and there are other albums I like more. It is still a great album. Always great stoner rock vibes.
I love the ambient tinged post-metal Big|Brave creates. Haven’t listened to this lately, so I may spin it again soon. I still have yet to see them live. Going to jump on that next chance I get.
