Promotion

I should probably be promoting The Mystic Crib more since it has only been out for 2 months. Apparently, I’m just not as consistent as I should be. I have music video ideas, and I just haven’t acted on them. That, and I’ve been prepping for the studio for Stone Machine Electric. Reminds me I need to put together some PR for that.

Looks like Bandcamp will continue their Friday thing, so I’ll have that to leverage. Also thinking of doing a “combo” pack of merchandise, but I may ask on the socials if there is any interest.

Seems like there’s not much interest in physical media unless it is vinyl. Too bad that is too expensive, although the lathe cut stuff is semi-affordable and can get in short runs.

The music industry is ever evolving and seems to be oversaturated with artists. Maybe that’s not a fair statement. It is just harder to get any traction. Not that I’m looking to bank on it, but it would be nice to make a living doing it, which would mean more time making it for me.
