It’s been a while since we, Stone Machine Electric, played in Denton. I am grateful that Matt from Momovudu asked us to be part of the show. It turned out to be a great evening despite the quickly dropping temps outside.
Mind Funeral opened the show. I think they’re from Wichita Falls, so not quite local. I enjoyed their set. It was a good mix of stoner metal to my ears. Great energy and flow.
Momovudu was up next. These guys came down from Kansas City, Missouri. They put on a great psychedelic riff-fest. Huge sound and dense tone. Hope to see them come back through and hopefully play another one with them.
We closed out the evening. It was fun getting to blast out our latest and soon to be released songs.
