First full day in Tokyo. What was the first thing I did? Went to 7-11 for water and a bite. Had to grab an egg salad sandwich. It was good, and their bread was slightly different. Egg tasted better than US ones. And, it cost the equivalent of $1.60.
Once Mr. Horn was ready, we went and grabbed some coffee The Smokist Coffee. I didn’t realize it was literally a coffee place for smokers. Oh well.

We decided to head to St. Mary’s about 1.5 miles away to check out the brutalist architecture. Stopping occasionally to snag some random photos and catch our breath after going up what seemed like a 100-foot high stair.

I was hoping to get photos inside the cathedral, as the exposed concrete inside, to me, had a more impressive feel.
Then, it was time to trek back to the other side of the hotel to get food and adventure through the department stores looking at things

We had lunch at Sushizanmai, which is a chain restaurant here. Regardless, the food was good, and sake was drank.

Afterwards, we ran around the shops looking at and for things, stopped at Tsubakiya Coffee Shop for coffee and cheesecake, hit the Don Quijote store for some stuff, and then headed back to the hotel. Of course, had to stop for some supplies at 7-11.
