I’ve got a Slow Draw show on the books for November. I just realized it has been almost a year since the last show I did. Eh.
I keep thinking to myself that I’ll put together a tour and go out on my own or drag the Mrs along with me. I could use her as a merch person and my own personal groupie out on the road. Pfff. Apparently, I’m too chicken shit to do it. It’s a whole different thing doing it solo versus doing it as a band. Although some of the band stuff still seems solo, that’s another story.
One thing I would love to do is a “proper” tour. It could even be a mini tour, like 7-10 days or so. Just something to experience being out on the road and playing a bunch of shows out of Texas, or mostly out of this state. I’m sure it’s not a nonstop fun fest. Not a fan of driving around, I just want to string a bunch of shows together and get a more thorough road experience.
The point of the story is that it would be nice to play a bunch of shows. I’ll stop whining now.
