Transhumanist Overdrive is a short, 3-song journey into ambient landscapes. The album has a low-key feel, like you’re listening to field recordings of some natural environment. But, this natural environment is not of our world, or maybe not of human habitation. It’s odd and satisfying how the tracks feel natural but in no way are. It could be the soundtrack for reality somewhere, I just don’t know where that could be.
And yay, the first 2026 new music listen of the year for me!
