Well, looks like I’ll be having some musical adventures soon.
All of my projects will have shows coming up. Here’s a quick run down.
- 2/28 Headeraser at Dr. Jeckyl’s
- 3/13 Slow Draw at Growl
- 3/14 Stone Machine Electric at Stoner Jam in Austin
- 4/17 Stone Machine Electric in Denton
There are a few more in the works. Main thing for me is getting my shit together for the Headeraser and Slow Draw shows. Headeraser hasn’t practiced since September or October. I still rehearse the songs every so often, just need to do that with the rest of the band. For Slow Draw, I really need to flush out my set, especially with the newer songs I’m playing. It’s all stuff I have recorded for my next album, not the RPM one.
I need to work on my singing, too. I think my vocal cords are past the painful part of the granuloma, or at least I hope so since it has flared up in over a month. Gotta start doing warmups. I felt like I had found my voice back in 2024, but it has been “hiding” it seems since the embolism. Ug.
