My listening habits seem to go through phases. I’ll go from listening to a lot of new music to nothing at all.
Currently, I have been listening to podcasts more than music. Most of my listening is at work or in the car. The Atheist Experience has been the “podcast” (it started as a public cable access show in the 90s) I’ve been listening to for a while now. I enjoy the conversations, well, most of them, the show has with callers. The topics seem to float around philosophy and “adjacent” science topics.
I also have a playlist I’ll listen to called “more crap”, which is mostly 80s and 90s music. Not strictly that, but that’s what it mostly is. “Nostalgic” might be a way to describe it.
The new Sunn O))) is about to come out, so I’ll be giving that a listen. I’ll also have a listening party for my new album, Burnt Counters, on 4/5 at 11am CST.
