Mothertomb is a new band to me, and I’m always down for that.

Bringing on the dark and atmospheric, Dying to Live by Mothertomb delivers on that. The album starts off slow and steady with intensity slowly building. Sultry-esque vocals help form that and add to the environment of the songs. Heavy riffs arise, and with that the thunder of the drums and bass roar up.
Dynamics on the album are great. Mellow and dark up to metal and growlish, and then back again. Dying to Live makes for an engaging listen. Only one way to find out, so go listen.
