I’ve got a double header coming up on October 30th. Stone Machine Electric and Headeraser are playing a Halloween show at Sunshine Bar in Arlington.
With that date approaching, rehearsals have ramped up. The need for that is due to the fact that SME is doing a cover set, a la musical costume. 9 songs of different types of music, so not the usual stoner affair. First run through last weekend went OK, which was expected.
Headeraser is just bookending our set with some soundtrack covers. These are more of an interpretation or modified arrangement than a true cover. They’re fun to play, and I’ll see if I can successfully play drums and synthesizer on them.
